I kept getting calls today.
With customers asking if I had certain products in stock.
Most of the time I could say yes.
Sometimes I had to say No.
I put a few of them on hold.
It's just...crazy.
How differently people have been acting.
How tense they've been.
And I'm so grateful that the pet store isn't like the grocery stores.
Where our shelves are still filled with food and supplies for the animals.
Where we're not running low on things (yet)
Where while we do have some people panic buying, they're not hording things (yet)
allowing there to be food enough for all.
It's just....a weird time.
