You gotta love the "Lurkers" that hang out in our store.
Why do I call them Lurkers?
Because they're the customers,
that drop their pets off to get a bath/groom.
And don't proceed to go shop around the store.
Instead, they stand behind items, with their heads sticking to the side/above them.
Staring in the direction of their pet.
Watching the groomers do their work.
Why do they stand behind something?
So their pets won't see them and 'freak out'
Apparently 'out of sight out of mind' works quite well to ensure good behavior.
Though it makes the owner's behavior a little odd on occasion lol.
