You know what's annoying about scanning items?
It's the fact that the bar code is never in the same spot.
You'd think that every single bag of dog food would have a barcode in the exact same spot.
But no.
Depending on the brand of food you're buying the barcode could be at the bottom of the bag, the side of the bag, the top of the bag, somewhere in the creases of the bag....it's rather annoying.
To have to hunt for the stupid barcode so you can scan the item for the customers.
You'd think that with how advanced we are technology wise, there would be some sort of agreement somewhere to have a specific barcode location on items for sale. That way it makes buying and scanning said items much faster and easier....
One can dream...
