4/5

So we've been sending out surveys to customers.
And when I say we I mean corporate.
Where people have the opportunity after buying something from us to receive an email survey asking how we did.

Which is cool because we can learn what works and what doesn't and how we can improve and such.

But sometimes people complain about the weirdest things.

Things we have no control over.
Like Prices.

But this review?

It went something like "I gave you 4 stars. It would have been 5 but it was too cold in your store."

O.o
Too cold?
How can our store be too cold?
Most of the time my coworkers complain it's too hot. *shakes head*
Most people prefer the cold anyways. They'd rather walk into a cold store than a warm one.

….but the most annoying part is....that's not something we have control over.
We can't change the temperatures in our store.
It's a system.
They have people come in to adjust it for summer and winter.
But like....we can't decide "It's going to be 72 today."

*exhales*

Of course the customer probably doesn't know that.
But still.
Such an odd thing to complain about when most people don't spend longer than like maybe 15 minutes inside the building.
