MLAARE -Finding Room

So. We've reached that time of year.
Where we randomly get in huge shipments of animals.
Why?
Because people begin looking to give pets as Christmas presents.
(same thing happens around Easter too...)

And it usually ends up being a bit of a headache.
Because where we'd only get in batches of like 3.
We're now getting in batches of 6. 9. 12.

Which, when you're limited on space...
It can get rather difficult trying to find places to put them both on the floor and in back rooms.

I remember previous years where we fill up both our New Animal room and our Sick room with our newly arrived animals and then cross our fingers that we sell enough animals from the floor before the next shipment arrives.

It gets crazy!

Thankfully, our 'rest of the year' rules are lifted a bit when it comes for the Holiday season.
Where we have permission to put more animals together in a cage than normal.
So instead of only being able to have like 3 hamsters in a cage...we can now have 6 or even 8.
Which helps to lessen the 'lack of room' problem.
Though can increase the 'fighting amongst themselves.' problem.

We'll see how this year goes.
At least for the start we're managing just fine on finding room.
For now.
